What we are

Propvanta Property Solutions is a property services company. We coordinate the stages of a property's life — search, acquisition, verification, construction, interiors, letting and ongoing management.

We are a coordinator, not a substitute for professional advice. Legal opinions, title verification and registration are carried out by licensed advocates. Structural certification is issued by qualified engineers. Accounting and tax filings are handled by chartered accountants. We engage and manage these professionals; we do not ourselves provide legal, structural or tax advice, and nothing on this site should be read as such.

Property information

Listings on this site are published in good faith from information supplied by owners and their representatives. Prices, dimensions, availability, approvals and amenities are indicative and can change without notice. Photographs and renders are illustrative.

Verify independently before you commit. Nothing on this site is an offer, and no listing forms part of any contract.

Accounts

• Give accurate information when you register, and keep it current.
• Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• Tell us at once if you think someone else has access to it.
• We may suspend an account that is used to abuse the service or break these terms.

Acceptable use

Do not attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the site, scrape or bulk-copy listings, submit false enquiries, upload malicious files, or use the site to harass anyone.

Fees

Service fees are set out in the individual engagement letter or agreement you sign. Nothing on this website is itself a quotation. Where a fee schedule is published here, it is indicative and subject to the terms of your signed agreement.

Limits on our liability

We provide services with reasonable skill and care. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for loss of profit or opportunity, or for any loss arising from information supplied to us by a third party that we could not reasonably have known was wrong. Nothing here limits liability for fraud, or for anything that cannot be limited by law.

Third parties

Verified partners are independent businesses. We check them before they join the network and monitor their work, but they are not our employees, and their contract for any job is with you unless your agreement with us says otherwise.

Intellectual property

The design, text, photographs and code on this site belong to Propvanta Property Solutions or are licensed to it. You may not copy or republish them without written permission.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at the location of our registered office have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here at the time you use the site is the version that applies.
